You wouldn't know it, but that's a golf course out there. You'll just have to trust me that I had a beautiful view of the golf course, a lake, and the mountains in the distance!
At least the hotel had some amazing food. I love taking pictures of food! This was a dessert that was a chocolate cup filled with chocolate mousse. So delicious!
And this was the fruit and cheese plate. I love that they have the crackers standing up. And do you see that in the distance? Those of you that know me well know that is also one of my favorite things, miniature bottles of condiments. So chic compared to ketchup packets.
And my name tag from the class I taught. I love that it says "faculty."
